Sembra poco responsivo, ma \u00e8 ubriaco, eppure un ECG rivela la diagnosi.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.soccorritori.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/diapositiva1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-273 alignleft\" style=\"border: 1px solid black;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.soccorritori.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/diapositiva1.jpg\" alt=\"diapositiva1\" width=\"726\" height=\"351\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-size: medium;\"><strong>Onda di Osborne<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>La onda di Osborne \u00e8 una caratteristica ECG che si sviluppa in presenza di ipotermia, in genere quando la T raggiunge i 30\u00b0 C. Il nostro paziente ha 29\u00b0C. E\u2019 una deflessione osservabile alla giunzione tra QRS e ST che \u00e8 positiva nelle derivazioni sinistre. La durata e ampiezza dell\u2019Onda di Osborne \u00e8 inversamente proporzionale alla Temperatura centrale.
